PROSEPT Burs
Anti-corrosion, ready-to-use preparation for quick disinfection and cleaning of rotating instruments. PROSEPT Burs is a ready-to-use disinfectant solution designed for precision rotary applications dental and surgical instruments such as diamond burs, carbide burs, polishers and instruments made of steel. The disinfectant offers a wide spectrum of action in just a few minutes one minute. Balanced composition based on alcohols, surfactants and alkalis ensures high activity even in the case of increased levels of organic pollutants and allows you to achieve high cleaning power. The lack of aldehydes and phenols prevents discoloration and setting blood. Corrosion inhibitors significantly extend the service life of the instrument. After disinfection is not required rinsing because PROSEPT Burs evaporates, leaving no harmful residues. The standard shelf life of the solution under medium pollution levels is one week, thanks why PROSEPT Burs can be used in a very efficient and ecological way.
Product use:
For safety reasons, wear a lab coat, gloves and safety glasses. Ready to use pour the solution into a container. Completely immerse rotary tools. Wait for the required operating time. After disinfection, leave rotary tools to dry. Do not rinse with water to prevent corrosion. Solution replace the working cloth two or three times a week, depending on the degree of contamination. It is recommended that daily replacement of the solution. Before first use, check material compatibility. Use only with materials that may come into contact with alcohol.
Content in 100 g: 32 g of propan-2-ol, 0.7 g of phenoxyethanol, 0.2 g of quaternary ammonium compounds, base, corrosion inhibitors, surfactants.
