Marathon Multi 600 DUO with handle BM50M is an advanced dental milling machine with brushless micromotor with superior power and performance.
The Marathon Multi 600 DUO with a power of 230W is capable of grinding, polishing and routing, as well as working with ceramics, metals, plastics, plaster and composites. During operation, the tool easily switches functions, operating modes and rotation speed using convenient touch controls.
The milling unit is equipped with the latest electronic overload and overheat protection systems. There is a self-diagnosis function with information about possible problems, which, when errors are detected in the system, displays an error code on the LCD display for quick resolution.
The cruise control system guarantees the stability of the micromotor speed, maintaining optimal speeds even under significant loads. This ensures reliable operation of the handle even when used on hard surfaces and materials, which is important both when performing a pedicure and when working with various polymers.
The “feedback” function recognizes the load on the micromotor handle, transmits this information to the processor, which, in turn, will maintain consistently high torque at any (even the slightest) rotation speed.
The BM50M brushless handpiece not only provides high rotation speed (50 00 rpm), but also has increased torque up to 7.8 N/cm, which 2-3 times higher than that of brush micromotors. It is made of special polyamide and has a convenient type of attachment clamp “Twist-Lock” allowing the master to change attachments in 1-2 seconds. The motor operates virtually silently and has a longer service life thanks to the use of advanced brushless technology.
