2. Apply Haruyama Clear Base, dry and remove tacky layer if necessary.3. Apply the first layer thinly, polymerize in a lamp.
4. If necessary, add a second thin layer, dry and cover with a top.Drying time in a 48w LED lamp is 60 seconds.
