The top coats contain an abundance of tiny sparkles that shimmer in the flash light with incredible brilliance. The intensity of the effect depends on the intensity and angle of the light.
Flash gel polish is self-leveling, has medium density - one or two layers are enough to completely cover the nail. They can be applied over another varnish that acts as a base or directly onto the nail covered with base.
