POMEDICAL diamond cutter PF/N-03(head length 10 mm, diameter 2.3 mm) is the most popular and most functional universal attachment, both during manicure and pedicure treatments. It has the shape of a sharpened teardrop and has a standard diamond grit, marked in blue.
The cutter is used to clean and smooth the surface between the natural nail plate and the side walls.
A flame-shaped diamond cutter in conjunction with a nail drill helps:
- remove skins
- clean and smooth the nail folds from unnecessary epithelium.
By carefully removing the cuticles, you will gain more space on the nail plate and apply the hybrid varnish as high as possible. This way you can perform a combined manicure, the so-called "under the cuticles". Diamond cutters will allow your hybrid styling to decorate your nails longer - and the regrowth will appear much later!
Remember to adjust the speed and sharpness of the cutter to your skills and the milling machine!
Recommended speed: 15,000 - 30,000 rpm. Carbide cutters should be used smoothly, without strong pressure, and avoid working at maximum speed, as this will heat up the nail plate quickly.
The cutter can be sterilized in an autoclave and other devices designed for sterilizing tools.
How to ensure long-term and safe use of carbide cutters?
1. Immediately after work, place the carbide cutters in the disinfectant solution and leave for the required time.
2. Then rinse the cutters under cold running water.
3. After disinfection, place the cutters in an ultrasonic bath where all impurities will be removed by cavitation.
4. Allow the cutters to dry completely, then pack them in a sterilization bag and place them in a dry air sterilizer/autoclave for the time specified in the equipment manual.
5. After processing, store the cutters in a hermetically sealed sterilization package until next use.
